The location is great, with easy access to the city bike path for leisurely rides. The staff was friendly and offered free rides to and from the train station. The common area was nice for relaxing and the dogs were adorable.
The room was stuffy and lacked proper ventilation, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. There was only one bathroom for the entire hostel, resulting in long waits.

This hostel had a chill and hip vibe, perfect for those who like to stay away from the crowds. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. One of the best aspects was the cargo design of the rooms that had phone chargers available in each room. Another plus was the organized events like going to the hot springs or free movie nights.
The location was quite far from many other things apart from the famous sugar factory, and it would have been ideal if they offered bicycles for free. Although we love dogs, the place allowed dogs into the lobby, which might not be suitable for some guests who have allergies.

We stayed near a beautiful bikeway that brought us to the city center. There was also a train station nearby. Despite being in a remote area, RGB B&B was cozy and had a comfortable bunk setup in the dorm rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us with transportation and providing personalized service. The common room was lovely, with a kitchenette for our use.
There were some inconsistencies with the staff's friendliness and the availability of the air conditioner.
